Babies!

I've always known I would be a mother...eventually.  In the mean time I thoroughly enjoy making things for babies especially clothes.  I got both the hat and booties patterns from favecrafts.com and made only a few alterations for size and adornments.

The next baby/child project in the works is stuffed Lambs for my nieces.  The picture below is step one of making the head.  I've gotten a little further than this picture but will wait until the first lamb is assembled to take more pictures.  I will say that so far I am feeling very unconfident of the finished product.  It looks more like an eyeball resting on a oversized grain of rice - hopefully limbs, eyes, and ears will improve it's
 appearance.
